1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Study Punch website www.studypunch.in, our Android app Study Punch on Google Play, and all related services, communities and communication channels (together, our “Platforms”). “Study Punch”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Study Punch; “you” refers to any student, parent, visitor or collaborator using our Platforms.
By creating an account, purchasing any material or simply using our Platforms, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platforms.
2Our Services
Study Punch is an online education platform that helps students prepare for competitive and board exams, including:
We provide study material such as crash courses, topper notes, formula sheets, important questions, mind maps, flash cards, strategy guides, sample papers, previous year questions (PYQs) and mock tests. Some material is free, and some is available only after payment.
We may add, update, change or remove any course, material or feature at any time to improve our services or keep content in line with the latest syllabus and exam pattern.
3Eligibility & Your Account
- You must give correct and complete details (such as name, phone number, email and exam details) when you register, and keep them updated.
- Students under 18 may use our Platforms only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTPs and password safe, and for all activity on your account.
- One account is for one student only. Sharing your account, login or paid access with others is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
- If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, inform us immediately.
4Acceptable Use
While using our Platforms, you agree not to:
- Copy, download (other than where we allow it), record, screenshot for distribution, resell or share our paid content
- Upload or forward our material to Telegram, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, websites or any other platform
- Use bots, scripts or any unfair means in mock tests or to access content
- Post abusive, obscene, misleading, political, hateful or spam messages in our communities or comments
- Pretend to be Study Punch, our team or another person
- Try to hack, damage, overload or interfere with our website or app
- Use our Platforms for any illegal purpose
If you break these rules, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close your account without prior notice.
5Intellectual Property
All content on our Platforms, including notes, PDFs, videos, tests, questions, solutions, mind maps, flash cards, designs, logos and the name “Study Punch”, is owned by or licensed to Study Punch and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
When you access our material, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it only for your own exam preparation. This does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
Unauthorised copying, selling or sharing of Study Punch material is a violation of copyright, and we may take legal action against it.
6Paid Courses & Payments
- Prices of paid courses, test series and material are shown on our website or app before purchase and are in Indian Rupees (₹), including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners (such as UPI, cards, net banking or Google Play billing). Their terms also apply to your payment.
- Access to paid content is given only after successful payment and is valid for the period mentioned at the time of purchase (for example, till the exam date or for a fixed number of months).
- We may change prices, offers or discounts at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
- Coupon codes and offers are valid only as per their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7Refund & Cancellation
Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been given.
However, we will review refund requests in these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- Payment was deducted but access was not provided, and our team could not resolve it within 7 days
- A course was cancelled by Study Punch before it started
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment with your registered phone number and transaction ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Purchases made through Google Play also follow Google Play’s refund policy.
8Mock Tests, Content Accuracy & Results
- We work hard to keep our material accurate and updated as per the latest syllabus and exam pattern. Still, errors may happen. If you find one, please tell us and we will correct it.
- Mock test ranks, scores and analysis are for practice and self-assessment only and may not match actual exam results.
- Exam dates, vacancies and notifications we share are for information only. Always confirm details from the official website of the exam authority.
- Study Punch does not guarantee any marks, rank, selection or result. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance.
9Influencers, Promoters & Content Creators
If you work with us as an influencer, course promoter or content creator:
- You must be 18 or above, or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
- You must promote Study Punch honestly and must not make false claims such as guaranteed selection or fake discounts.
- You may use our name, logo or content only as approved by us, and only during the collaboration.
- Payments, commissions, referral rewards and other details will be as per the separate agreement or written terms shared with you.
- We may end a collaboration if these rules or the agreed terms are not followed.
10Communications
By registering with us, you agree to receive messages from Study Punch by SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone call or app notifications about your account, purchases, exam updates, new material and offers, even if your number is registered on the DND/NCPR list. You can opt out of promotional messages anytime by replying “STOP”, using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Important service messages about your account or purchases will still be sent.
11Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and it is used only for Study Punch and its Platforms.
12Third-Party Links & Services
Our Platforms may include links to or features from other services, such as YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, payment partners or official exam websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
13Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our Platforms and material are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep our services running smoothly, but we do not promise that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, for example during maintenance, internet issues or technical problems.
To the extent allowed by law, Study Punch will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our Platforms. In any case, our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us for the specific course or material in question.
14Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse our content, share your account, or act in a way that harms other students or Study Punch. In such cases, paid access may be cancelled without a refund.
You can stop using our Platforms or request deletion of your account at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for important changes we may also notify you on our website or app. Continuing to use our Platforms after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to solve any issue in a friendly way. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
